You will not be able to order a product that is currently out of stock. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a conformation email and the item will be dispatched to you.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In such an instance, we will fulfil the purchases of available products to you, and contact you with the details provided by you at the time of ordering products about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the unavailable product(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund for unavailable product(s).
If we are unable to contact you or get a response from you within 3 days from the date of our contacting you, we will proceed to process a refund for unavailable product(s).
