While our goal is to provide you with the best shipping experience and honour your delivery details & preferences, we can't guarantee that we or our shipping partners will be able to meet these instructions under all circumstances. At times, factors such as choice of courier, delivery mode, delivery dates & slots, time taken for customs clearance in case of overseas shipping play a very important role. There may also be factors such as weather, traffic, haze, etc. which are even more difficult to predict.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days from your payment date for the order. We will keep you informed if there are any changes to this.
Our warehouse facilities operate from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on Singapore national holidays at which time the warehouse facilities will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure minimum shipment delays.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Finally, if no one is at the delivery address to receive the order, please contact us and we will try to arrange for a re-delivery. We ‘may’ charge a re-delivery fee.
