Have you checked your tracking information? Please make sure to check if your package has been left outside your door or your surrounding area or with your neighbours. If you’re unable to locate your shipment, please contact us within 3 days from the scheduled delivery date, so that we can start an investigation with regards to your missing shipment.
Depending on the courier, investigations can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days to conclude. For any shipment lost in in-transit, we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has concluded the investigation and deemed that the shipment is lost.
